PursuitAI, a product of Reliable Cloud Services LLC ("RCS", "we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the PursuitAI platform, including our web application, mobile applications, and API services (collectively, the "Service").
Account Information: name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, and mailing address provided during registration.
Company Profile Data: UEI, CAGE code, NAICS codes, certifications, service areas, and agency experience imported from SAM.gov or entered manually.
Past Performance Records: contract details, technical descriptions, deliverables, and customer points of contact that you choose to upload.
Usage Data: pages visited, features used, AI credits consumed, session timestamps, and device information (browser type, operating system, IP address).
Payment Information: processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
To provide and maintain the Service, including AI-powered opportunity scoring, proposal generation, and fit analysis.
To personalize your experience by matching opportunities against your company profile and past performance.
To process transactions and manage your subscription via Stripe.
To send transactional emails (password resets, team invitations, subscription receipts).
To monitor and improve Service performance, reliability, and security.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
PursuitAI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate fit scores, proposal content, and business development analysis. When you use AI-powered features, relevant portions of your company profile, past performance, and opportunity data are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. AI-generated outputs are cached in our database to avoid redundant API calls and credit charges.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:
Service Providers: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Fly.io (hosting), Sentry (error tracking), and SMTP providers (email delivery) — each bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or government request.
Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. AI-generated outputs are deleted along with the associated account.

PursuitAI uses localStorage to persist your authentication tokens, theme preference, and session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Sentry may set a session identifier for error tracking purposes. You can clear localStorage through your browser settings at any time.
PursuitAI is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
